TERMS & CONDITIONS
COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES:
Senthur facility Management Services :
Will provide the required services person within 6-10 days from the date of receipt of work order / from the date of signing the Contract Agreement.
SERVICES
All the Service persons provided by Senthur Facility Management Services should be used only for the Mentioned services in the Scope of Work
CONTRACT PERIOD
Contract period Minimum of 1 year & further extendable for further period at mutually agreed Service charge & Termination of Contract One month notice should be given by Principal Employer of by Senthur Facility Management Services
SERVICE PERSONS
All the Service person employed by us should not be observed Directly or Indirectly by the Principal Employer under any circumstances
PAYMENTS
All payments should made on or before 5th of Every Month by Cheque or DD in favor of SENTHUR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
